Spirit Ridge, In The Unbound Collection By Hyatt, Osoyoos

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, with a patio offering breathtaking views of the lake and mountains, and even a BBQ to enjoy. They felt just like cozy condos with a full kitchen, dining area, and a separate bedroom. Despite these minor issues, the location was fantastic, with clean surroundings and stunning vistas. The dining experience was satisfactory, although breakfast for a group of 8 did take a little longer than expected.

The hotel offered stunning views of the vineyard and lake from the comfortable rooms with kitchen facilities. The service was excellent with friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect for a peaceful stay close to nature. Although the dining options were limited, the overall experience was delightful.

I found the hotel to have everything I needed in the rooms with larger dressers and nightstands, despite a smoky smell. The pool area and parking area were convenient, though. The service was generally good, but there were some issues with disorganization, and additional charges for room changes at the Desert suites. The location was amazing, with beautiful views and a picturesque setting, but not within walking distance to downtown waterfront. The dining options were limited, particularly for breakfast, but had some tasty choices. Overall, a stay with both positives and negatives.
